ISAPI Rewrite Full 的替代软件Ionic's Isapi Rewrite Filter。
ISAPI Rewrite 站长们都很熟悉了，现在网上所用的ISAPI_Rewrite，一般要么是用2.9的完全版，要么是用3.0的Lite版。
Lite版只支持全局的httpd.conf的，不支持分布式的httpd.ini的。
只有Full版才支持分布式httpd.ini。
而Full版本是收费的，那我们能不能找一个能替代它的呢

IIRF is an open source rewriting filter for IIS 6, and 7.x.
This readme tells you how to build IIRF from the source.
If you want to simply USE IIRF, you don't need this Readme file. To USE
IIRF, just download a binary release from http://iirf.codplex.com, and
read the accompanying documentation (CHM file).
